i'm open to editing this as this is my first foray into omegaverse lmk

[ Generally, Kylo Ren liked himself a challenge. Too long aboard the Finalizer without a single raid or mission and he'd grow restless, bored, and introspective, sinking deeply into memories and a sea of his own inadequacy. That was something his master would seize upon, exploiting Kylo's insecurities until every pent-up alpha instinct retreated inward to fuel something even more powerful than just merely his breeding status.

He should've known to take suppressants. Should've known even his willful resolve would crumble someday - some omega would come along and ruin him and all he'd worked for.

Torturing Dameron shouldn't have been as satisfying as it was, but Kylo took his pleasure where he could. In one moment, the location of the Skywalker map was of paramount importance - but in the next, Kylo felt his hands sweat beneath his gloves as he gazed upon the sight of a panting and bleeding Resistance pilot.

An omega. An omega Kylo suddenly felt a deep pull to hoard away for himself.

Well, he had wanted a challenge.

Knowing Dameron had the same sense he did, Kylo did his best to not let the man forget just where he was. Kylo would enter Dameron's detention cell unannounced, at constantly varying intervals for something that began as an interrogation but soon became repeated memory probing, until Kylo could practically feel the sun of Yavin IV on his face. Poe Dameron's memories nearly became his too, mingling with his own vague recollections of the jungles of Yavin surrounding the old Rebellion base.

A week in, and Poe was practically an obsession. Kylo strode quietly into the cell as he usually did, robed and masked, all Stormtroopers in the area quickly dismissed in order to avoid reports to the General or Supreme Leader.

Tilting his head, Kylo peered at Poe and sat gently down on a bench opposite the prisoner's, his voice soft now where it was usually sharp and demanding with need. ]

Tell me you feel it. Tell me you've felt the same as I have all along.
