i can't believe what a skin-of-their-teeth space battle chase scene they live through. there's dead engines?? maybe? there's shooting for sure. there's a lot of yelling and dumb luck and improbable bullshit they have to do to not die. there's lots of stuff going on.
but luckily they're also aiming for hyperspace and not a nearby planet so like, in some ways, this is weirdly smoother than the jakku incident and that's all u can really ask for. ]
