[ he gives in inasmuch as he starts becoming a participant in the kiss, mostly because he thinks it might help him escape whatever fate is coming when she grabs and pulls his areas above his head. instead of the reward of freedom, they're quickly handcuffed. it's only then that he tries to struggle, trying to pull them off. it sets off a panic instinct. too much like the finalizer.
why didn't he try to struggle earlier?. or for the split second she wasn't touching him? it keeps happening. it keeps not even occurring to him to struggle. at least, not while her touching him is happening. he could pretend it's because he's playing her game deliberately, but deep down he knows some part of his brain is broken. it keeps happening and he keeps surviving it, so it's become something almost acceptable.
