i was ready to leave, too. after we fought. i was gonna give you the room and sleep outside or something. for a second i thought finn would come with me, but then i felt awful for putting him that position, you know? i could never make him choose. so don't ... don't worry about that, that's what i'm trying to say. i wouldn't want to come between you guys, either. i know you mean a lot to him.

[ honestly? she'd been worried. more so now that they're more than friends. that seems like the kind of thing you prioritize. that's what keith's concerns about being lance's leader and boyfriend related to, right? the inability to do both. that's her interpretation, at least. ]

Maybe that's the problem. We haven't really been friends, have we? You and I. We've just been friends with Finn.
